Our editorial approach
Information should hold up to a second look.
Selvara organizes material so readers can distinguish established information, emerging research, and questions that remain unresolved. We look to research literature, trial registries, official public-health and regulatory sources, and primary materials where available.
That approach follows a simple discipline: sources should be traceable, language should match the strength of the evidence, and safety context should not be treated as an afterthought. The ClinicalTrials.gov study registry is one useful public record for checking whether a study has been registered and how it is described.
“Independence matters when a subject is complicated, consequential, and easy to oversimplify.”
